Estimates are free! One of our stair
experts will meet with you in your home to discuss the best stair system for
your existing space and work within your budget to help you make it happen.
In order to give you an accurate bid, we will
first contact our vendors for the most up to date prices for your stair parts.
You should receive your personal bid within 24 - 72 hours.
Your personal bid will expire 14 days after the
date it is written, if it is not accepted by you.
We require a 10% deposit of your bid
amount with the remaining balance due in full upon completion of the job.
We accept payments by check or MasterCard/Visa.
You will be responsible to cover your furniture to
protect it from dust. You will also be responsible for the staining
and/or
painting of your new stair.
Your bid will cover the demo of your existing stair
system (unless stated otherwise in the proposal), complete installation of your new stair and clean up of the stair area.
We will not be responsible for the stain or painting of your new stair system.
We are not a paint or stain company, we only
install the stair system. However, the stair will be fine sanded and ready
for finish.
Once we receive your signed bid, along with your
10% deposit, your job can be scheduled. The time that we start will depend
on how soon our vendors will be able to deliver your stair parts and our work
load at the time of your acceptance. Generally, we can start a new job
within 1-2 weeks.
This really depends on the stair system that you
are installing. Generally, it will take 1 day for demo and another 1-3
days to install the stair system.
Coffman Stair Works, Inc. is fully insured and
bonded. All of our employees are covered by workers compensation
insurance.
